Principal, Lead Client Manager
Ryan Argentieri has founded or helped launch dozens of companies, the first at the age of 16. She was responsible for International Government Affairs for United Technologies Corporation (UTX) and served as the youngest Chief of Staff in the company’s history, managing teams in 6 offices on 3 different continents. She also led sales and marketing efforts for a specialized Integrated Building Solutions team, that developed district and building level energy solutions for governments, eco-cities and large commercial customers in North America and select emerging markets.
In addition to strategic planning, change management and leadership development, Ryan specializes in stakeholder engagement, resiliency and new venture planning.
She holds an MA in International Relations & Negotiation from the University of San Diego and an MBA from Johns Hopkins with a specialization in Entrepreneurship and a focus in Environmental Finance and Health Care Management. She is certified in Multi-Track Citizens’ Diplomacy from the Center for International Development and Conflict Management (CIDCM), Project Management and is a LogFrame practitioner. She also holds a BA in Political Science, Journalism and Leadership Studies from the University of Maryland.

Sara Chandlee is an expert web designer and developer and has been creating custom websites for over 10 years. She's continually learning new skills and tools to add to her tech and IT "stack." A programming geek and entrepreneur at heart, Sara excels at troubleshooting and developing solutions using technology for client projects large and small.

Dan has worked in the GIS industry for over fifteen years supporting a variety of government agencies and private clients including the U.S. Army and Air Force. He advises how to utilize GIS combined with Geodesign to solve complex land-use, design, planning issues and investment decisions. Meehan has extensive experience in demographic analysis and web mapping application development in a wide variety of applications to meet security and environmental concerns.
Real Estate, Finance & Sustainability
With a background in both business and economics, Molly helps clients such as developers, investors, corporations, nonprofits, financial institutions and government agencies maximize financial returns through investments in sustainability and energy efficiency. She is the Chair of the Urban Land Institute's (ULI) Responsible Property Investment Council and sits on its Center for Sustainability and Economic Prosperity Advisory Board. Molly is also the Author of Practical Greening: The Bottom Line on Sustainable Property Development, Investment & Financing. She is also a trained mediator and LEED AP certified.
